Donna entered the disability management field in 1994, as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and return-to-work specialist. Her years of experience in Vermont, including those with the State of Vermont in the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, have given her extensive knowledge of the State's various labor markets and community resources. Her continued perseverance to connect and network with employers, combined with a practical and realistic approach to employment planning, helps her maintain outstanding return-to-work outcomes. Donna has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
