Founder of VRS, Wayne began his professional career as a Veteran’s Counselor for the Project to Advance Veterans' Employment (PAVE). Since 1988 he has worked extensively as a VR counselor in the Vermont Workers’ Compensation system. Wayne's knowledge of the Vermont workers' compensation system and his active network of private industry Human Resource Managers throughout the state provide a tangible advantage in vocational planning and job placement.
