VRS Continues Steady Growth
VRS of Vermont continued our steady growth this past year by adding four new members to our team. Coleen Kearon, MA, CDMS joined our staff in early 2010 and Tammy Parker, MA, CRC came on board this past summer. Coleen and Tammy are both experienced and highly regarded Vocational Counselors and Consultants who office in Montpelier and Vergennes respectively. VRS now has four in-state Vocational Counselors and is the largest provider of VR in Vermont. More importantly, recent VDOL statistics show that VRS has the lowest average cost per file of any of our competitors as well as the best return-to-work rate. Add this to our four top-notch counselors - plus our commitment to high-level customer service - and you now have seven great reasons to send your VR referrals to VRS.
Tracy Casey joined our staff in the spring of 2010 and serves as our Executive Assistant. Tracy is responsible for many of our day-to-day administrative duties and is a key reason why our busy professionals can keep their focus on getting results for our customers and claimants. Tracy is an invaluable, behind-the-scenes asset who has been instrumental in helping VRS reach our goals.
Our most recent addition is Debbie Grimm, RN, who has joined our staff as a Field Nurse Case Manager. Debbie will office out of Essex Junction and will cover Chittenden County as well as central and northern Vermont. She has 35 years experience in the medical field, including the last 13 as a Practice Manager, Surgical First Assistant and Nurse Case Manager for Nancy Binter, MD.
VRS is committed to hiring only the best - and like the '75 Reds, we have a Hall of Fame line-up ready to go to bat for you. For more detailed information about our staff, please visit our Meet Our Team page.
